  23. You want to dial a fax number manually.

  25. Solution:

  27. WinFax PRO 2.0 does not directly support manual dialing; however, you
  28. can dial a fax number manually as follows:
  29.  
  30. 1.  Turn off Detect Dial Tone in the WinFax Setup dialog.
  31.  
  32. 2.  Add a Phonebook entry with only a comma in the phone number field,
  33.     for example ...

  35.          Name:     Manual Dial
  36.          Phone#:   ,
  37.  
  38. 3.  Manually dial the phone number.
  39.  
  40. 4.  Select the phonebook entry containing the comma and send. WinFax
  41.     will pick up the line, not dial any numbers, then start the fax
  42.     transmission.
